近年来，在“真实亲诚”政策理念引导下，中非关系已进入共筑高水平中非命运共同体的新阶段。大学校长是大学与政府、社会联系的重要桥梁，是行政系统与学术系统交互的重要结点，对大学的发展至关重要。中非高等教育交流与合作历史悠久、基础扎实、成果丰硕。“中非高校20+20合作计划”、“中非大学联盟交流机制”和“中非高校百校合作计划”等为中非高等教育交流与合作增光添彩。进入智能时代，数字技术催生了诸多领域的颠覆性创新，推动了社会第二次现代化进程，也加速推进了高等教育现代化。在经济全球化、高等教育国际化和共筑高水平中非命运共同体的背景下，中非高等教育交流与合作已成为新时代中非合作的主要组成部分和重要助推器。

In recent years, guided by the principles of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith, China and Africa have been advancing our relationship into a new stage focused on building a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future. University presidents play a pivotal role as bridges between universities, governments, and societies, serving as crucial links between administrative and academic systems and contributing fundamentally to the development of higher education institutions. The longstanding exchange and cooperation in higher education between China and Africa are built on a solid foundation and have yielded substantial results. Initiatives such as the China-Africa 20+20 Cooperation Plan, the China-Africa Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism, and the China-Africa Universities 100 Cooperation Plan have greatly enriched and promoted the collaboration and exchanges in higher education between the two sides. With the advent of the smart era, digital technologies are driving transformative innovations across various sectors, propelling societal modernization, and accelerating the modernization of higher education. In the context of economic globalization, the internationalization of higher education, and the establishment of a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future, exchanges and cooperation in higher education between China and Africa have become a central component and significant driver of China-Africa cooperation in the new era.

在2024年中非合作论坛峰会精神的指引下，为搭建中非大学校长交流对话平台，提升中非高等教育交流合作层次和水平，在教育部、商务部共同指导下，拟于2024年10月16-18日在浙江金华举行“第二届中非大学校长论坛”。本次论坛是2006年首届中非大学校长论坛的传承与发展。论坛以“共享·创新·引领：面向未来的中非大学合作”为主题，旨在为国际与区域组织的高等教育专家、中国和非洲各国的大学校长、高等教育管理者和研究者等提供一个知识分享和政策对话的平台，凝聚中非高等教育共识，推动中非高等教育交流与合作迈上新台阶。

In alignment with the directives of the 2024 Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, and with the aim of creating a platform for dialogue among university presidents from China and Africa to enhance the breadth and depth of higher education exchanges and collaboration, the Second China-Africa University Presidents Forum will be held in Jinhua, Zhejiang, from October 16 to 18, 2024. This event will be organized under the joint auspices of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Commerce. This forum represents a continuation and advancement of the First China-Africa University Presidents Forum held in 2006. With the theme “Sharing, Innovating, and Leading: China-Africa University Partnerships for the Future,” the forum seeks to facilitate knowledge exchange and policy dialogue among education experts from international and regional organizations, and university leaders, higher education administrators, and researchers from both China and Africa. Its purpose is to foster consensus on China-Africa higher education, thereby elevating the exchanges and cooperation between China and Africa to new levels.

2.论坛面向中外教育者征集文稿与案例，文稿围绕主题与分主题阐述，案例为中非教育合作典型案例。论坛承办单位将根据投稿论文质量择优确定发言人。

The forum invites educators from China and around the world to submit papers and case studies. Papers should align with the forum’s main theme and sub-themes, while case studies should showcase exemplary examples of China-Africa educational cooperation. Speakers will be selected by the organizers based on the quality of the submitted papers and case studies.

3.本论坛属公益性会议，不收取任何费用。论坛期间统一安排食宿，住宿费由酒店按照会议协议价收取，会议不安排接送站，差旅费用自理。

This forum is a non-profit event with no registration fees. Accommodation and meals will be arranged collectively during the forum, with accommodation costs charged directly by the hotel at the rate negotiated for the event. Please note that transportation to and from the venue will not be provided, and participants are responsible for covering their own travel expenses.
